Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Internet Browsing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain cash book, ledger books, bills, vouchers and other registers according to the organization policy.
∎ Support to implement the activities.
∎ Maintain stock register for the items in the store including stationary, cheque issue register, vendor list etc.
∎ Monitoring of expenditures to ensure proper utilization and charging of expenditures: - Monitor expenditures using Budget Expenditure Summary (BES) on monthly quarterly and annual basis, Ensure that the expenditures done as per plan, Ensure that charging is done as per budget line item.
∎ Ensure that payment to the vendors is made upon deduction of VAT/Taxes as per government policy, Ensure that the items are stored and entered into the stock register as per policy
∎ Tracking of fund status and ensuring timely fund request. :-Track the expenditures as per line item, Support management to keep the expenditure within budget by providing trend of line item wise expenditures, Maintain the all kinds of liaison & transaction with bank and reconcile balance monthly.
∎ Must tour 20% of working time in field level and also participate in various training, meeting and workshops.
∎ Report time to time to donors and AVAS Management.
∎ Participate with all to organize and implement the activities which are relating with AVAS culture and system.
∎ Facing Donor Audit, Internal and External Audit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ At least 3 years working experiences in the development organizations covering finance and administration;
∎ Knowledge on Various Policies of Development organizations
∎ Problem solving ability in technical aspects
∎ Ability to work in a team environment.
∎ Skills on training/coaching on financial aspects.
∎ Technical skill on Procurement, Budget and Financial report preparation.
∎ Skills in logistic supports and inventory management.
∎ Good communication skills.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Festival Bonus and other benefits according to the AVAS HR Policy and approved project budget.

∎ T/A, Mobile bill
