∎ We are looking for an experienced and motivated Admin & Account Officer. As an Admin & Account professional, you will manage day-to-day accounting and administrative work.
∎ If you are a running student or have a study plan soon, you are highly requested not to apply for this position. Students, running students & future students are not qualified for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling day-to-day accounting - -
∎ Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.
∎ Preparing invoices and following up on pending payments.
∎ Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email.
∎ Making payments through various modes like NEFT, RTGS, cash, cheques, etc., and keeping track of them. Handling and filing GST
∎ Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining the account of fixed assets.
∎ Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
∎ Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project's scope, budgets, and timelines.
∎ Meeting with other executives to discuss clients' project goals, progress, and outcomes assets and conducting all other accounting activities.
∎ Obtaining information from other departments to ensure accurate and complete records and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.
∎ Working with the Credit & Sales department to review accounts, client payments, and credit history and develop new or better repayment terms.
∎ Submitting daily reports to management on accounts receivable operations
∎ Preparation of monthly & Yearly Financial Statements.
∎ Prepare the quarterly, half-yearly & yearly budgets.
∎ Monthly Closing Entries to prepare monthly accounts.
∎ Various Income & Expenses schedule preparation for Accounts purposes.
∎ Conducting analysis and preparing different reports.
∎ Paying various office bills and performing bank-related work on time.
∎ Managing day-to-day administrative work - -
∎ Basic HR routine works like maintaining discipline & administration of the company.
∎ Ensure General HR & Administration functions as per company policy.
∎ Ensure all kinds of administrative & legal affairs-related activities of the organization.
∎ Maintain office inventory and keep them updated.
∎ Implement security policies, regulations, rules & norms to ensure the company's environment is safe for employers, employees, and visitors.
∎ Responsible for recruitment & selection, placement, training & development, attendance & salary administration, compensation & benefits, leave management, and separation.
∎ Ensuring smooth relationships between management and employee.
∎ Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of company securities and transports.
∎ Monitoring office MLSS staff to ensure the best office environment.
∎ Any other administrative work assigned by the management.
∎ Computer skills are essential- especially MS Excel, MS Word, and e-mail
∎ Coordinating with immediate supervisor and other departments.
∎ Sound knowledge of computers & command of English
∎ Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
∎ Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
∎ Solid organizational skills
∎ Good communication knowledge
∎ Time & Team management skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 16000 (Monthly)
∎ If the mentioned salary range is not a good fit for you, please skip this job. You are requested not to apply if your expectation is higher than the mentioned range. Again, if your expectation is 16001 BDT as a starting salary, please don’t apply for this position. The job will be permanent after three (03) months of satisfactory performance. Upon job permanent, the bonus will be paid equal to the basic salary on 2 Eids, and the salary will be increased.
