Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Partly qualified CA
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Financial Reporting, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Experienced on Corporate accounts controlling and monitoring of a group of companies.
∎ • Accounting report and ratio analysis expertise.
∎ • Need vast experiences and solid command over financial reports or statements and annual statutory audits.
∎ • Clear concept over Tax, VAT & Customs rules and regulation of NBR.
∎ • Experience on preparation of Tax & VAT documents and attending hearing before DCT and commissioner.
∎ • Should be knowledgeable about Trade Financing like:
∎ - Process Trade Export Bills to be sent to banks for negotiation;
∎ - Follow up on Trade Export / Import Bills discrepancies, acceptance and payment;
∎ - To review, process and check all documents regarding Trade Financing.
∎ • Should be knowledgeable about LC opening, Reconciliation and LC Documentation.
∎ • Preparation and maintaining Bank Loan repayment and interest schedule.
∎ • Day to day banking operational experiences is mandatory
∎ • Good command over any accounting software
∎ • Company taxation affairs, Tax Planning, Tax assessment and Tax hearing, dealing with Tax Offices of all companies in collaboration with tax consultant.
∎ • Monitoring existing banking facilities and explore new facilities to cater the needs of the company as per management guideline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 95000 - 130000 (Monthly)
