Expert in Microsoft Office.
Preparing and reviewing financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Analyzing financial data to provide insights on the company’s performance, profitability, and financial health.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitoring expenses against the budget and reporting variances.
Providing recommendations for cost control and financial improvements.
Overseeing the processing of invoices, payments to vendors, and collection of payments from clients.
Ensuring timely and accurate billing for property sales, leases, and property management services.
Monitoring overdue accounts and ensuring effective credit control measures.
Performing bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
Monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure liquidity for the company’s operations and investments.
