∎ BBA or similar background
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Post and process bills, expenses and update accounts payable
∎ Maintaining the relationship between company and vendors
∎ Assist with bank reconciliations
∎ Assist with reviewing and auditing of expenses, T&E, and other work as assigned
∎ Prepare and submit weekly/monthly AP & T&E reports
∎ Assist with other projects within the department as needed
∎ Assist the department in achieving company-wide objectives through participation in various projects
∎ Ability to prioritize between tasks while maintaining standards of excellence during tight timelines
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong communication skills in English with the ability to interact with different internal and client teams clearly and professionally
∎ Keep vendor records and associated reporting up to date with keen attention to detail to proactively escalate and follow up on outstanding issues
∎ Creative problem-solving ability to not only triage requests efficiently but also come up with recommended solutions
∎ Passion to learn and take on new challenges

∎ Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
∎ Preferably around 1 year of experience
∎ Nice To Have: Familiarity with Accounting Software and other related tools (e.g. Netsuite/ Expensify)
