Job Context:
∎ The position will ensure effective and efficient resource management and to assist Finance & Admin Officer in providing effective and efficient financial services in compliance with WV Partnership financial policy & standard, WVB policy and procedures.
∎ The position will also ensure standard record keeping and process payment, maintain financial documents and ensure safety and security of documents, information and other resources. Moreover, s/he will assist the Finance & Admin Officer Urban WASH Improvement Project in financial planning, budgeting & submission of necessary report, Record keeping and reporting to stakeholders on time.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure compliance with World Vision (WV) and donor financial policies, standards, procedures and government VAT & Tax requirements.
∎ Assist in maintaining effective internal control in the financial management of project.
∎ Ensure standard record keeping and process payment.
∎ Maintain financial documents and ensure safety and security of documents, information and other resources.
∎ Assist efficient of resources allocation, ensure good financial result in plan and forecast.
∎ Maintain quality, accuracy and consistency of financial work.
∎ Ensure quantity of input supports and handout materials and project logistics.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Understand the Humanitarian industry.
∎ Basic knowledge and skills in accounting.
∎ Good time management and organizational skills.
∎ Competent in the use of computer.
∎ Ability to speak and write reports in English.
∎ At least 2 year of extensive experience in the field of accounting.
∎ Should live in the project working area and fieldwork is expected.
∎ Ready to accept the challenge and ability to work under stressful situation.
∎ This role will work directly with Project Manager and other project staff.
