∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Accounts and Manufacturing Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of overall accounting operations of production and banking as per company policy
∎ Prepare and maintain accounting transactions record, creditors & debtors' control and other related accounting activities
∎ Responsible for managing cash operation, such as: expense payable, maintenance of maximum & minimum balance, cash verification & recording, etc.
∎ Analyze and prepare weekly & monthly operation budget and provide fund requisition
∎ Implement procedures for custody and control of fixed assets by maintaining records in register and verifying physical stock
∎ Ensure store operation is fully functional in its capacity and capable of providing the required support of raw materials & spare parts needs
∎ Drive and provide basic understanding of safety standards of stored items to all staffs in warehouse and ensure adherence of safety guidelines
∎ Prepare all kinds of accounting and financial summary reports required by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent in MS Excel is a must
∎ Knowledge in garments industry Is a plus
∎ Please don't apply if you have no experienced in Accounting at Garments Factory.
