Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing daily financial transactions and ensuring accuracy.
∎ Preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and reports.
∎ Handling accounts payable and receivable processes.
∎ Monitoring cash flow and reconciling bank statements.
∎ Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
∎ Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
∎ Managing payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
∎ Complying with tax regulations and preparing tax filings.
∎ Supporting internal and external audits.
∎ Any other tasks related to finance & accounts as assigned by the Management
