Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate degree with major in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed University Or B.Com degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely monitor all payments and expenditures
∎ Preparing and maintaining, journal entry, stock register, cheque register, asset register and VAT and TAX register.
∎ Maintain Organizational accounts (Cash Book/ Bank Book/ledgers etc.)
∎ Prepare and maintain all the vouchers and bills requisition timely.
∎ Manage petty cash as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
∎ Identifying variances in actual expenditure and the budget
∎ Reconcile the Bank Accounts regularly
∎ Ensure VAT and tax deductions are compliant with Government rules and regulations
∎ Coordinate with the internal and external auditors during audits and prepare financial audit preparation.
∎ Prepare Monthly SOES
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure for long time.
∎ Capable to produce different types of report both in Bengali and English.
∎ Good personality and leadership skill.
∎ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office application is a must.
∎ Good analytical ability, good communication skill in English-both written & verbal are must.
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
