Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain cash book & ledger book independently.
∎ To prepare all types of vouchers.
∎ To check all kinds of bills, vouchers and invoices.
∎ To oversee the procurement of goods & services.
∎ To preserve and handle the cash and bank transaction of the Project Office.
∎ To supervise day to day stores.
∎ Frequently visit project site by physically.
∎ To monitor project each and every days.
∎ To make report weekly for stakeholder.
∎ Independently able to find out the project situation and have to control Field Organizer.
∎ Able to handle the expenses of project regularly.
∎ Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
∎ Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, motivate orientations, and training sessions.
∎ Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
