Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain all kind petty cash expenses and properly recording systems.
∎ Maintain up to date accurate accounting for efficient Cost Control.
∎ Monitor the collection of due payments. Proper knowledge of banking operation and bank reconciliation.
∎ Prepare and verify bills/ vouchers for vendors and other expenses.
∎ Prepare and maintain fixed assets register. Maintain Petty cash and reimbursement regular basis with head office.
∎ Prepare the cash and bank book. Checking various cash disbursement through approval process.
∎ Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly report and submit to the management.
∎ Prepare monthly & yearly Financial Statements. Perform any other assignment given by the management.
∎ Must have knowledge about VAT and Taxes.
∎ Adequate knowledge of MS office package specially in MS Excel.
∎ Accounting knowledge with ERP software like Tally ERP.9.
∎ Prepare monthly salary statement.
