- দৈনিক আয়-ব্যায়ের সঠিক হিসাব রাখা
- ভাউলচার , বিল , ক্যাশ বুক ইত্যাদি প্রস্তুত করা
- মাসিক ও বাৎসরিক আর্থিক প্রতিবেদন তৈরী করা
- সংখ্যা নিয়ে কাজ করতে পারা ও নিখুত হিসাব মিলাতে পারা
- আর্থিক ডেটা বিশ্লেষন ও ভুল শনাক্ত করার ক্ষমতা
- ফাইল , ফাউলচার ও রসিদ সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষন করা
- অডিটের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় নথি প্রস্তুত রাখা
- নির্ধারিত সময়ে রিপোর্ট প্রস্তত ও জমা দিতে পারা
- একাধিক কাজ একসাথে সঠিক সম্পন্ন করার দক্ষতা
- ছোট ভূল থেকেও বড় আর্থিক সমস্যা হতে পারে , তাই প্রতিটি হিসাব অত্যন্ত মনোযোগ দিয়ে করা
