Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining financial records.
∎ Handling accounts payable and receivable.
∎ Creating and processing invoices Checking invoices.
∎ Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
∎ Tracking organization expenses.
∎ Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary
∎ Generate financial reports for review by regulatory authorities.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts/registers.
∎ Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
∎ .Generate weekly, monthly and yearly reports as required by management.
∎ Prepare documentation for VAT audits and other requests from VAT authorities.
∎ Ensuring all input Tax credits.
∎ Prepare accounts for annual audit purposes and provide them to the CA firm and any other work as assigned by Management.
∎ Honest & Hard working.
∎ The main goal of an Account Officer is to manage a company’s financial records, Tax Vat Related Issues.
∎ Maintaining financial records.
