∎ Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, petty cash, and
∎ inventory and inter-company transactions, fund management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibilities for Accounts Officer:
∎ Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, petty cash, and inventory and inter-company transactions, fund management.
∎ Maintain and prepare all kid of Vouchers, Cash Book, Cheque Register, etc.
∎ Manage the financial accounting and recording function, using the Accounting Software-Tally including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, and other modules of the financial accounting and reporting.
∎ Prepare all supporting information for external and internal auditor.
∎ Bill processing and payment disbarment with proper notification.
∎ Sincerely accomplishing Taxation and VAT related matters of the Company.
∎ Prepare and Present monthly sales, collection and outstanding report.
∎ Reconciliation of customers and Banks.
∎ Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
∎ Prepares payments by verifying documentation.
∎ Excellent Knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and familiarity with relevant Software (E.g. Xero, Tally)

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
