Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or equivalent degree in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed university.
∎ Additional training in the relevant field will be added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Job Location: CRP- Savar
∎ Contract Period: 03 Years.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular Activities related Accounts, Finance and Operational Management:
∎ Responsible for maintaining day to day accounts and finance related activities.
∎ Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded properly and timely,
∎ Ensure the money received for CRP in cash is in safe or in Bank Accounts,
∎ Maintain & update balance of cash book daily as per available actual physical cash in hand,
∎ Modify, amend, change cash and bank salary sheets for all staff members and arrange to pay in coordination with relevant departments,
∎ Ensure regular deposit of cash in concerned bank accounts deducted from staff salary,
∎ Check all vouchers/bills accordingly and seek necessary approval and payment as per CRP policy,
∎ Maintain accounts of staff provident fund, staff gratuity & resettle allowance fund, special funds and staff welfare funds,
∎ Ensure proper inventory and stock maintenance of CRP,
∎ Ensure proper safety and security of the department,
∎ Ensure compliance with Accounts, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax) rules and regulations,
∎ Render necessary support to audit processes as required and asked,
∎ Activities related to Project Management
∎ Plan and facilitate capacity enhancement of the project staff in relation with financial matters and compliance,
∎ Suggest and make necessary adjustments to project allocations to meet CRP's overall interests and objectives,
∎ Maintain close liaison with project staff members including Project Coordinators (PCs),
∎ Coordinate with PCs so that scheduled activities are done in a timely as per budget allocations,
∎ Seek necessary prior approval of the management for timely operations of all developmental activities like projects,
∎ Advise/report to management about inefficiency, process development methods, risks, frauds, mismanagement etc. in a timely manner.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by CRP supervisor/management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advance knowledge and skill in Accounting software/tally software,
∎ Proficiency in both written and spoken English,
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill,
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willing and able enough to go beyond the boundary of articulated job description.
∎ Can-do attitude
