Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in Accounting.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all kinds of cash / fund management activities;
∎ Check & Scrutinize all kinds of vouchers, Purchase, Sales invoice & other bills;
∎ Preparation of Sales Challan & Sales Invoice;
∎ Preparation of Receipt Inventory & Purchase Invoice into the software;
∎ Preparation of Receipt Voucher, Payment Voucher, Contra Voucher & Journal Voucher;
∎ Preparation of Daily Receipt & Payment and submit to the management daily basis;
∎ Preparation of Bank Reconcilliation Statement;
∎ Preparation of Daily & Monthly Stock Report;
∎ Preparation of monthly Salary Sheet and ensure that the payments are made and recorded properly;
∎ Maintain LC File and posting transaction into the software according;
∎ Preparation of Monthly & Yearly Financial Statement for the management;
∎ Reconciliation of all Ledgers in timely manner;
∎ Ensure proper documentation, including digital of documents, of all financial and accounting related matters; and
∎ Any assignment given by the management.
