Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsibility of all types of bill checking along with proper documentation.
∎ Monitor all the bank deposits and payments.Tax & VAT deduction from supplier & others bills as per Govt. Rules & maintaining TDS register.
∎ Preserve undelivered cheque, counterfoil carefully for future audit & inform the authority about the pending cheque.
∎ Manage the preparation of income reports and expense reports.
