Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors, one of the subsidiaries of ACI, is dealing with Automobile & Agri-machineries such as; Motorcycle, Tractor, Power Tiller, Harvester, Diesel Engine, Pump and Heavy Construction Equipment.
∎ ACI Motors is the sole dealer of FOTON commercial vehicles in Bangladesh and supplies wide range if light commercial vehicle and heavy commercial vehicles. ACI Motors is looking of an experienced person to look after its Accounts activities in its workshop and sales center at Boliarpur, Savar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing asset, liability, and capital accounts entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
∎ Raising requisition and prepare cheque for various vendor and party payment.
∎ Summarizing current financial status, prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
∎ Substantiating financial transaction by auditing documents.
∎ Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
∎ Preparing special financial statements by colleting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
∎ Contributing to team effort and perform any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Atleast 2 years of relevant experience.
∎ Sound knowledge on operating computers.
