Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's - Major in Accounting or Finance from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining Voucher, Inventory, Cash budget, Cash book, Bank book etc.
∎ Carry out/Record financial transaction following the standard accounting practices.
∎ Conduct monthly/Periodical balance sheet reconciliation.
∎ Checking all kinds of expenditure, voucher, requisition, and cash/bank transactions.
∎ Ensure record keeping of all transactions and ensure accurate provisioning.
∎ Confirm Tax, Vat and other regulatory compliance of the organization for all kind of transactions.
∎ Maintain communication with audit firm.
∎ Maintain Daily & Monthly Statement.
∎ Following up budget and prepare budget variance report on capital expenditure item.
∎ Preparing Bank & Party reconciliation statement monthly basis.
∎ Posting Bank deposit receipt entry into the ERP & IEMS software.
∎ Preparing daily expenditure summary sheet and cash denomination sheet.
∎ Generate various finance and accounting related reports.
∎ Petty cash management, conduct collection & payment posting & reconcile on regular basis.
∎ Updating the Accounts in software on a regular basis.
∎ Well documentation of all accounting and financial papers.
∎ Any others job related to finance and accounts as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Accounts & Finance department of a reputed university/company.
∎ Knowledge of Computer based accounting & Tally software.
∎ Execute all accounting operations in compliance with regulations of IAS, BAS, GAAP, UGC, RJSC etc. authorities.
