Responsibilities & Context:
∎ All sorts of accounting works including handling cash and bank books, verifying bill and vouchers, posting in ERP etc.
∎ Bank reconciliation, cash reconciliation, inventory reconciliation, receivable and payables reconciliation,
∎ Receiving vouchers and settling the financial transactions,
∎ Providing all sorts of MIS reports to Seniors,
∎ Preparing Financial Statements including balance sheet, profit and loss accounts, cash flows,
∎ Job cost, unit cost and batch cost calculation,
∎ Follow the guidance of the Manager- Accounts,
∎ Any other relevant task given by management.
