Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hands-on experience with accounting software.
∎ Properly maintain and record all document.
∎ Check & make payment of all kinds of bills from suppliers and vendors also keep records in Xcel file as well as hard file.
∎ Maintain the daily transactions record (Cash, Bank transaction, bkash & other payment statement).
∎ Check and prepare daily sales & purchase reports and posting to Excel or software
∎ Prepare and provide periodically (hourly, daily, monthly, yearly) financial reports including total sales report, total purchase report, total maintenance cost report to the Management.
∎ Prepare Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and Financial Statement quarterly in a year.
∎ Responsible for maintaining the company's VAT & TAX-related issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years Work experience as an Accountant post.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
