Responsibilities & Context:
Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, contract renewals and collections.
Work on final accounting adjustments such as depreciation, CPF, accruals etc. of clients during financial year end.
Analyze customer payment trends and identify potential collection issues, proactively taking steps to resolve them.
Prepare financial reports related to client accounts for the team and management.
Assist the team with proposal development by providing financial information including bank reconciliation and cost analysis.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance account management efficiency.Creating Balance sheet according to the accounting standard setting board
