Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from a reputed public or private university
(Major in Accounting or Finance will be preferred)
Certification in Computer Knowledge is mandatory
Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts or Finance
Prior experience in building management, rent management, or real estate accounts will be an added advantage
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Access
Ability to operate and maintain Customized ERP Software for Building Rent Management
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
Job Responsibilities
Take ownership of dual responsibilities as Personal Secretary (PS) to the Owner and Accountant for Building Management, utilizing strong technological and organizational skills.
Manage and monitor the Owner’s investments with banks; maintain regular liaison with leasing, financing, and other financial institutions.
Assist the Building Manager in daily operational activities, including:
Recording daily expenditures
Maintaining payable sheets
Handling all A–Z accounts-related matters
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial statements reflecting building rent income and expenditures.
Follow up on accounts receivable (rent bills, service charges, customer dues) and accounts payable.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of all bank accounts and cash books.
Supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of accounts-related team members, if applicable.
Verify payments against supporting bills and vouchers; analyze and categorize expenses properly.
Prepare and draft official correspondence (letters, emails, notices) in English and Bangla for banks, tenants, and internal or external authorities.
Prepare, post, and maintain all types of vouchers, including:
Journal vouchers
Adjustment entries
General ledger postings
Registers related to finance and accounts
Ensure timely and accurate posting of all financial transactions in both Customized ERP Software and Excel-based records.
Maintain and update all office files, records, and important building-related documents.
Support audit activities by providing necessary documents, reports, and explanations.
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
Remain flexible and willing to work during emergency situations and perform any other duties assigned by upper management.
Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience & qualifications) (25000-30000)
