Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 3.0+/4 CGPA from Reputed Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have motorcycle driving license.
∎ Interpret and communicate AUTOCAD drawings accurately.
∎ Must be an independent and fast learner, capable of absorbing fast-paced training
∎ Coordinate contracts and technical information to architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
∎ Track and manage material deliveries, perform QA checks on receipt and acceptance.
∎ Monitor contractor productivity and efficiency to ensure work completed within established budgets and schedules.
∎ Prepare Sub-contractor bill, site materials estimate and requisition paperwork.
∎ Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
∎ Ensure construction installation matches drawings and specifications.
∎ Report work progress and budget matters to reporting Engineer.
∎ Communicate daily the project status, and issues that impact scope, schedule, quality, and cost.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have relatives in Dhaka city.
∎ Must be fluent in reading and writing Bangla.
∎ Proficiency in English will get preference.
∎ Personal Motorcycle will get preference.
∎ Ability to stay on premise / site will get preference.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
