∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ M.Com (Accounting) or MBA (Major in Accounting/Finance/Management) from any recognized University.
∎ M.Com with C.A Certificate/Application
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for all works of the Accounts & Finance department.
∎ Establish and continuously improve the accounting system with a comprehensive chart of accounts that satisfies the statutory and management information needs as per accounting jobs.
∎ Required Vast Knowledge of IAS/IFRS, Tax, VAT, Audit System, Company Law, etc.
∎ Should be capable of preparing cash, bank and journal vouchers, posting to software, trial balance, and company routine TAX & VAT issues.
∎ Should be capable of preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial statements
∎ Should have clear knowledge on procurement process, allowed credit log, advance against purchase adjustment with goods delivered,
∎ Should be responsible to prepare updated receivables schedule like party wise delivery vs billed, unbilled, realization and outstanding schedule
∎ To be responsible for organizing the cost and financial data for internal and external matters and must be capable of handling the entire accounts including banking functions independently.
∎ Oversee the jobs of a team of accounts people and ensure timely submission of financial reporting, final accounts, and other reporting to the management.
∎ Implement a proper reporting system for controlling and monitoring all financial transactions.
∎ Control and report on total import, export, and banking activities of the company
∎ Have sound knowledge to review all financial records, systems, and control processes of the company as per accounting standards.
∎ Should have Knowledge of local laws on Account, Finance & Tax procedure is essential.
∎ Have to develop and implement the annual audit plan with available resources.
∎ Monitor monthly accounts and ensure necessary reconciliation thereof.
∎ Carry out any other task assigned from time to time by the Management.
∎ Must be able to work perfectly with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any others as needed.
∎ All kind of Accounts Work
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ • Have a sense of urgency.
∎ • Excellent persuasion skill.
∎ • Proven knowledge of accounting standards, procedures, laws, rules, regulations and best practice.
∎ • Extensive computer skills including MS Office, advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
∎ • High attention to detail, excellent analytical and planning skills and sound independent judgment
∎ • Good skill in English.
∎ • Ability to lead own team independently.
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
