Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a highly analytical, experienced, and trustworthy Accounts Manager to oversee the complete financial ecosystem of Al Ali Auto Bricks Ltd. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing accounting, capable of handling high-volume daily transactions, inventory reconciliation, and large-scale payroll. This role requires strict attention to detail to ensure cost-efficiency, regulatory compliance, and seamless financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate day-to-day books of accounts, cash books, general ledgers, and trial balances.

    • Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to the Board of Directors.

  • Production & Inventory Management: Monitor and reconcile daily production reports against inventory logs for all product categories.

    • Track and record the procurement and consumption of raw materials to calculate precise production costs and prevent material wastage.

  • Payroll & Daily Expenses: Manage and disburse weekly/monthly payroll, overtime, and daily allowances for all factory workers and administrative staff.

    • Supervise daily petty cash transactions and operational factory expenses, ensuring all expenditures are authorized and properly vouchered.

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage supplier ledger accounts, ensuring timely processing of payments for raw materials and logistical support.

    • Monitor accounts receivable, track client payments, and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.

  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure strict compliance with all government regulations regarding VAT, AIT, and corporate taxes.

    • Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the factory.

    • Facilitate both internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and transparent financial records.

  • Bank Reconciliation & Fund Management: Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage company bank accounts.

    • Assist management in forecasting cash flow requirements for smooth factory operations and supply chain management.

  • Additional Duties:

    • Perform any other related works, administrative duties, or financial tasks as assigned by the management to support factory operations.
