Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Reports.
∎ Maintain all kinds of Debit Credit Vouchers, Journal, Petty Cash, Cash Book, Bank Book, General Ledger, Payment Schedules, Invoices & Bill Register.
∎ Keep Records of Bill/Invoice/Challan to ensure accuracy.
∎ Maintain overall day to day functions of Accounts Department.
∎ Monitor all Assets and ensure they are properly recorded.
∎ Monitor and Manage all Cash and Interbank transactions.
∎ Follow-up, Checking & Review the Accounting Transaction.
∎ Produce Costing Reports & Analyze Variances.
∎ Preparation of Annual Cost Budget.
∎ Conducting Internal Audits and Implementing Internal Controls to ensure the accuracy of Financial Records.
∎ Maintain Full Operation of Company Software.
∎ Any Other Works Assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Excellent Analytical, Problem-solving and Organizational Skills.
∎ Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ 3 Months of Probation.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, T/A
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ 2 Yearly Bonuses will be awarded after successful completion of 1 Job Year (excluding Probation Period).
∎ * Lodging and Meal Allowance will not be provided by the Company.
