∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Cash Voucher, Bank Voucher, Journal Voucher.
∎ Maintaining Cash Book, Bank Book, Party Ledger.
∎ Preparing Bank Re-consultation Statement, Debtor & Creditor Re-consultation Statement, Profit & Loss Account Statement, Cash Flow Statement.
∎ Preparing Monthly Trail Balance.
∎ Must Knowledge About VAT & TAX Calculation-Individual & Company.
∎ Must have Knowledge of Software Tally ERP9.
∎ Communication Skill with Bank.
∎ Create, install, and/or monitor inventory management system.
∎ Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
∎ Central store management.
∎ Coordinate monthly, half yearly and yearly physical inventory count and audit.
∎ Ensuring the proper record keeping relating to projects store.
∎ Making arrangement for removal of excess or unused material from project.
∎ Sale arrangement of scrap material.
∎ Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 02-05 year(s) experience in a relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ready Mix Concrete, Aggregates, Asphalt & Concrete Block Etc.
∎ Knowledge of FIFO, LIFO and Weighted Average Method inventory management.
∎ Experiential knowledge of the ABC stock classification system.
∎ Should have proven experience in the related field.
∎ Should be honest and hard working
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Should have good Experience on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet and Inventory Management Software.
