Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
∎ Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
∎ Handle invoicing, ensure timely payments, and manage outstanding accounts.
∎ Track and monitor project budgets and expenses to align with financial goals.
∎ Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to gather financial insights for strategic decision-making.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (Mushak) and regularly collect tax and VAT documents from clients.
∎ Supervise and oversee administrative operations.
∎ Provide executive and managerial support.
∎ Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare related documents.
∎ Assist senior management with financial analysis and decision-making.
