Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Record Maintenance: Accurately maintain and update financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system.
∎ Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
∎ Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliation of bank statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
∎ Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage the full accounts payable and receivable process, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
∎ Deadline: 25th August 2024
∎ Qualifications:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
∎ Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
