Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare bank deposit details, cash reports, incentive calculations, and dealer opening and closing balance information.
∎ Verify deposit slips with bank statements and approve batches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
∎ Input cash and order deposit information into the system for all divisions and dealer categories.
∎ Manage incentive and adjustment money, add them to the system, and generate Excel statements.
∎ Handle security money, prepare receipts, and maintain monthly statements accurately.
∎ Manage transactions related to T-shirt and winter jacket payments, including receipts and chalan copies.
∎ Distribute area-wise incentive adjustment money receipts and closing balance information promptly.
∎ Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
∎ Collect incentive adjustment money receipts and confirmation letters for closing balances.
∎ Monitor and communicate with area accountants, ASMs, and dealers effectively.
∎ Prepare monthly incentive and adjustment statements, ensure proper binding, and maintain hard copies.
∎ Undertake any other tasks assigned by management with accuracy and within the specified timeline.
