• Record daily financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial summaries.
• Help create and review company budgets and financial reports.
• Support cost analysis, comparisons, and basic graph presentations.
• Work with banks on transactions, L/C (Letter of Credit), and related documentation.
• Assist in tax filings, audits, and ensure financial compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding new employees.
• Keep employee records updated and organized.
• Help manage attendance, leave, and payroll.
• Support training and employee activities.
• Promote a positive and respectful work environment.
• Design different Motivational programs to motivate employee.
