∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Ability to carry out tasks in pressure situation
∎ Excellent Management Skills with prioritize tasks
∎ Ability to think out of box
∎ Excellent communications skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
∎ Filing documents as per date, month & year·
∎ Filing and docketing all operational expenses accurately.
∎ Photocopy of documents and place in the respective file.
∎ Maintain stock register (In & Out)·
∎ Maintain stock register·
∎ Maintain petty cash.
∎ Maintain and manage expenses vouchers.
∎ Prepare list for requisition for stationaries to purchase·
∎ Visit Banks for cash withdrawal and do bank transactions·
∎ Visit banks for depositing cheque or cash.
∎ Take signature from respective staff while providing stationaries.
∎ Any other tasks by the Management as and when required.
