Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and maintain control of revenue and expenditure cycles.
∎ Responsible to report on a timely basis the costs of raw materials and others suppliers as they relate to the Food and Beverage and cost effective areas.
∎ Accounts Executive must maintain excellent relations and communication with the finance team members as well as all others hotel associates.
∎ Accounts Executive will be required to conduct his duties in a courteous safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service and communication is maintained.
∎ Accounts Executive will be required to adhere to and support all company related policies and procedures.
∎ Monitor the ordering purchasing, receiving, storing and issuing functions, check food & beverages and general receiving reports, issues and transfer.
∎ Prepare daily Food and Beverage Flash cost Reports.
∎ To take charge of the month end inventory cunts and to produce the month end Food and beverage control report.
∎ To check and ensure that no issued out from the store without requisition or inventory movement from which have been approved by the respective department head.
∎ To prepare daily staff canteen cost report.
∎ To prepare cost board and the related journal vouchers.
∎ To organize and prepare minutes on the cost audit meeting.
∎ To check invoices against receiving record and compare them with purchase order and purchase request and to ensure that all invoices stamped and signed by the concern person.
∎ To record the total daily purchase by chart of accounts and accumulate for month end balancing with accounts payable.
∎ To do spot check to ensure that the goods are received as per specifications and the deliveries of goods by suppliers are consistent with the receiving schedule and the storerooms are not overstock especially during month end at Engineering, Beverage, General Store, Kitchen and other outlets.
∎ To check KOT with sales.
∎ To prepare a complete set of cost audit report.
∎ To participate in monthly market survey and involve in formal negotiation for annual and large contracts involving inventory items.
∎ Reviews month and waste/spoilage and inventory reconciliation reports. Provides detailed analysis on any irregularities or variances.
∎ Perform other duties as requested by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ At least 2 to 5 years practical working experience in the same or similar position in a First Class Hotel.
∎ Excellent communication skill and fluency in English is mandatory.
∎ Should have excellent computer knowledge of MS word, excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, etc.
∎ Ability to develop interpersonal relationships within and outside the organization.
∎ Effective leadership skills.
∎ Self-motivated, proactive, and guest-focused team player.
