Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Admin Officer to manage daily financial transactions and support administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling billing, supporting audits, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the daily cash book, ledger, journal, and perform bank reconciliations.

  • Handle customer billing, track installment records, and follow up on due payments.

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.

  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

  • Manage petty cash and monitor office-related expenses.

  • Work closely with auditors during audits and maintain all necessary documentation.

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supplies, logistics, and facility maintenance.

  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records, and coordinate with HR as needed.

  • Handle office asset and inventory management, ensuring proper records and maintenance.

  • Ensure office cleanliness and a safe, organized work environment.

  • Support management with various administrative tasks as assigned.
