∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Administration, Commercial/ Export-Import
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparation of monthly PL and Cash Flow statements. Monthly accounts closing and month accounts preparation
∎ To Prepare Bill, Challan and account related documents and collect bill from vendors/clients
∎ To Prepare LC and commercial documents
∎ Responsible for preparing/renewal of all license and legal documents
∎ To prepare inventory and monthly stock report as per requirements and visit (one day in a week) warehouse/factory to check or prepare stock and others
∎ Examine or analyze accounting records, financial statement or other financial reports.
∎ Responsible for preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet of the Company.
∎ Advice accounts and vendors for correctness of VAT challan ( Mushak 6.3 and other related documents) to comply with regulatory requirements.
∎ Prepare and issue VAT ( Mushak 6.6, 6.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.2.1 etc.) to the appropriate vendors.
∎ Responsible for reconciling all bank accounts and cash book on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Follow up cash book, ledger, Challan register, Bill registers and daily transaction.
∎ Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable.
∎ To prepare and maintain staff file (staff record, leave, present & absence etc.)
∎ To Prepare quotation and email to the vendor(s)
∎ In depth knowledge of VAT/TAX/AIT/Port Duty/Shipping documents etc.
∎ Email to client(s) and follow-up report to management.
∎ Any other activities as & when asked by the management.

∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Good proficiency in accounts related issues.
∎ Interest in administration, management, and related fields.
∎ Strong computer skills and proficiency.
∎ Good interpersonal and public relations skills.
∎ Time management and multitasking abilities.
∎ Computer/IT Skill.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Grass Salary
