Adex Corporation Ltd. is seeking dedicated, detail-oriented, and responsible professionals to join its Accounts & Finance team as an Accounts Assistant. The role will support day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, and reporting to ensure accurate financial records and smooth coordination with internal departments.

Have hands-on experience in basic accounting and bookkeeping functions
Are familiar with vouchers, bills, invoices, and ledger entries
Can support accounts payable and receivable activities
Have basic knowledge of VAT, TAX, and statutory compliance
Are comfortable working with accounting software and MS Excel
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Record Keeping
Prepare and post payment, receipt, journal, and adjustment vouchers
Maintain proper books of accounts and supporting documents
Assist in updating general ledger, cash book, and bank book
Bills, Payments & Reconciliation
Check, verify, and process supplier bills and expense claims
Assist in bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and cash reconciliation
Support timely payment processing in coordination with Finance
Reporting & Support
Assist in preparing monthly accounts, schedules, and financial reports
Support audit activities by providing required documents and explanations
Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
VAT, TAX & Compliance Support
Assist in preparing and maintaining VAT & TAX related documents
Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Help maintain records for statutory submissions and returns
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Procurement, SCM, HR, and Admin for bill verification and approvals
Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding accounts-related issues
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Studies
1–3 years of experience in Accounts / Finance (fresh graduates may apply)
Basic knowledge of VAT & TAX regulations in Bangladesh
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
