∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA/BBA) with a focus on Accounting.
∎ Must have 2-3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
∎ Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively.
∎ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
∎ 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting functions, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
∎ Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
∎ Manage the payroll process, including calculation of salaries, taxes, and deductions.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
∎ Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for goods and services as needed.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and administrative activities.
∎ Manage and oversee daily administrative operations & coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of administrative issues.
∎ Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
∎ Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to administrative activities.
∎ Assist in budget planning and monitoring for administrative expenses.
∎ Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
