Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting and Admin to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payment and collection.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure all documentation is filed correctly.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, ordering and replenishing items as needed.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents.
  • Coordinate and assist with internal and external communications, including handling phone calls and emails.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and processing employee requests.
