Time: (9pm-6am)

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated, confident, and results-driven Telesales Specialists to join our International Operations team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, a basic understanding of accounting, strong computer proficiency, and prior experience in an international call center or customer care environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to international customers and generate sales.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

* Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

* Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

* Work closely with team members and management to achieve business goals.

Requirements

*Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.

*Basic knowledge of Accounting is required.

*Must be proficient in using computers, MS Office, email, and internet applications.

*Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Call Center or Customer Care is required.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

* Willingness to work in Day Shift or Night Shift.
