Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain up-to-date records of incoming shipments and associated documentation.
∎ Track inventory levels and coordinate proper storage and stock rotation upon arrival.
∎ Record sales transactions and update internal accounting systems accordingly.
∎ Ensure accurate reconciliation of imported goods with purchase orders and invoices.
∎ Handle and inspect incoming products to ensure quality and quantity match expectations.
∎ Coordinate with warehouse staff for unloading, sorting, and stocking.
∎ Monitor and report discrepancies or product damage promptly.
∎ Assist in monthly inventory audits and reporting.
∎ Support sales and procurement teams with accurate data and documentation.
∎ Helping to build relationships with Buyers and Sellers.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
