Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables.
- Monitor Tax & VAT management of the companies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Regularly verify inventory and update Tally Prime software
- Maintain company databases and ensure data accuracy
- Updating the tender database in e-GP and the Tender Database Management System (TDMS);
- Assisting in the preparation of tender documents, contract, compliance and tender strategy;
- Analyzing tender/ bid documents;
- Preparing Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the suppliers and sub-contractors;
- Responsible of checking various Tender Search systems daily on online & newspaper and identify to bid purposes
- Preparing documents for related work .
