Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all accounts-related books and documents (Cash book, Ledger, Cheque register, Stock register, Salary register, fixed assets register, Bank Reconciliation etc.).
∎ Prepared and recorded regular receipts and payment vouchers.
∎ Prepare monthly receipts and payments.
∎ Prepare TAX & VAT related documents.
∎ Check and monitor financial activities, transactions, and expenditures.
∎ Fulfill the necessary data and cash collection from the collection team on a daily basis.
∎ Must have knowledge of software-based accounting in the construction industry.
∎ Sourcing and procuring of all raw materials as per the requirement.
∎ Ensuring the quality & quantity of the materials purchased from the vendors or suppliers.
∎ Collecting delivery challan, VAT challan, and file management of those records in the system (software) and manually.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Properly maintain and update daily accounts-related records such as collection, payment, sales, and purchases to Tally/ERP properly.
∎ Assist in making all kinds of Vendor payments and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the Management related to Accounting and Finance.
∎ Working experience on Tally software or ERPs will be an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Computer knowledge, Bangla and English typing, MS Office Applications, and Email.
