• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction or engineering sector
• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh accounting standards and tax laws
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience with international financial reporting or cross-border transactions
• Familiarity with labor and tax compliance under Bangladesh Labor Act
• Fluency in both Bangla and English

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting project-based accounting needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Oversee payroll and tax filings in compliance with Bangladesh regulations
• Monitor project budgets and cost tracking
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies
• Support contract and invoice management for engineering projects
• Collaborate with project managers and legal teams to ensure financial accuracy.
