Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Bill.com.
∎ Maintain active communication with our clients, create invoices and track payment cycle, and ensure hassle-free payments in-accordance with the payment cycle.
∎ Reconcile accounts, including bank and credit card statements.
∎ Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
∎ Generate detailed financial reports from Bill.com for management review.
∎ Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
∎ Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment.
∎ Ensure all payroll taxes and deductions are properly accounted for.
∎ Assist with the implementation of improvements to financial systems and processes.
∎ Respond to inquiries from management, auditors, and tax authorities when required.
∎ Maintain and file documentation for audits, taxes, and financial records.
∎ Perform other accounting tasks as required.
∎ 2+ years of accounting experience.
∎ Hands-on experience using Bill.com for financial management and reporting both Online or Desktop versions is a must.
∎ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations with US tax regulations
∎ Experience with Microsoft Excel/Google sheets (Advanced skills in formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
∎ Ray Advertising is searching for a driven and articulate Accountant to WORK FROM HOME.
∎ Candidates who have experience working with USA clientele are highly desirable for this position as the candidate need have knowledge about USA Taxation Laws
∎ Also experience working with Bill.com for financial management and reporting is a MUST.
∎ Shift timings: Full Time Monday to Saturday 6pm to 3am BST (this is non-negotiable)

∎ Position Overview:
∎ We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in Bill.com to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and provide insightful financial analysis for the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, a good understanding of financial regulations, and a proven track record of using Bill.com to manage accounting processes effectively.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ General Accounting:

∎ Probation period: We have 1 month of probation period where you will receive 50% of the agreed salary.
