Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Accounting and VAT, Corporate Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing & maintaining company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, profit and loss account, Tax and VAT management etc.
∎ Manage & oversee the daily operations of Accounts & Finance Department including: accounts payable & receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, budgeting, cash forecast, revenue & expenditure variance analysis, financial data reconciliation & debt activity.
∎ Responsible for preparation of weekly & monthly cash flow statements.
∎ Examine or analyze accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports
∎ Responsible for preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet of the Company
∎ Responsible for reconciling all bank accounts and cashbook on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
∎ Responsible for monthly business performance analysis, reporting, review costing and managing the budget.
∎ Reviewing and adapting new existing financial systems and control.
∎ Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
∎ Maintaining the accounts following industry standards in software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good analytical report writing skills and good computer literacy.
∎ Excellent communication skills to interact successfully within the network.
∎ Entrepreneurial, self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good knowledge about ERP Software.
∎ Good knowledge about all kinds of VAT & TAX.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
