Responsibilities & Context:
- Petty cash related activities (Advance and adjustment process. Payment of petty expenses bills).
- Preparing all the vouchers (Debit, Credit, Journal, sales, Purchase etc.) Ledger reconciliations and report time to time to Management.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly & yearly financial reports are submitted to Management.
- Develop and monitor accounts & financial operation, reporting, and internal control system.
- Have to work in Tally Software.
- All kind of banking works.
- Reviewing and updating financial policies & procedures, ensure proper implementation & function of performing documents.
- Any other task, which is assign by management.
