1. Billing & Insurance Claims: Supervise the revenue cycle by tracking patient invoices and ensuring accurate reconciliation with insurance providers and corporate clients.

2. Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare operating budgets and track expenditures to ensure financial efficiency across departments.

3. Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate statements compliant with healthcare accounting standards.

4. Payroll & Taxation: Process employee salaries, benefits, and statutory obligations (such as VAT and taxes).

5. Internal Controls: Implement financial controls to prevent fraud, manage inventory costs, and handle cash collection
