Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage alI accounting transactions.
∎ I ensure timely hank payments.
∎ Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions arc recorded.
∎ Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices.
∎ Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations
∎ Assist in the processing ol' balance sheets, income statements and other Financial
∎ statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
∎ Assist with reviewing of expenses. payroll records etc. as assigned.
∎ To Update financial data in databases lo ensure that information will he accurate and
∎ Immediately available when needed ,
∎ Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
∎ When you accept cash, reconcile it against receipts.
∎ Review and reconcile transactions.
∎ Record payments you receive: deposit cash and cheque. ...
∎ Record and categorize expenses.
∎ Invoice your clients.
∎ Pay vendors, or al least schedule hills lo he paid.
∎ Weekly accounting summaries.
∎ Review batik statements.
∎ Research and reconcile all discrepancies.
∎ Daily petty cash must he maintained.
∎ The transaction should be maintained h the daily vendor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-10 years' experience in accounting/ finance
∎ The job cannot be changed in the next one year. If so, three month notice must be given.
