Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle full set of accounts, finance and cash flow
- Maintain Daily transition and records
- Prepare and verify vouchers
- Manage, VAT, TAX returns and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor cash inflow/out flow, petty cash and bank related activities.
- Prepare Monthly periodic financial reports including expenses and budget summaries
- Coordinate with department’s external stakeholder’s auditors and banks
- Prepares reports, letters, emails and presentations with statistical data
- Handle audit and budgeting task
- Fund Management as per project guidelines
